Step 2. Getting Connected
After signing up, you’ll get a login passcode for our website. Use it to access lots of contacts without any fees. Plus, you’ll have your own 1 on 1 Rental Specialist. They’ll reach out to property managers to find rentals that match what you’re looking for. We’ll even help schedule apartment visits if possible. Sign up now and use your passcode to get weekly updates on low-income, affordable, and luxury options. We’ll keep you updated until you find a place or for 90 days. If you haven’t found anything in 90 days, you get a free extended plan for 30 days.
Step 3. Rental Inquiry Email Blast
While you’re on our website checking out the weekly updates, your Rental Specialist will make a Rental Cover Letter (RCL) for you. Once you like it and approve it, we’ll email it to lots of property management companies, doubling your chances to get connected to landlords. You might hear from them soon with rental offers. We can do this every 3 weeks if you ask.
Step 4. Moving day - Move-In/Out Concierge: ($250 value)
After you choose an apartment and sign the lease, we’ll help with your moving needs at no extra charge. Our Personal Move Concierge ensures a smooth transition by arranging movers, setting up TV, internet, utilities, updating your address with USPS, and more and no extra charges to our clients.
