You’ll also find rent-stabilized and low-income options. Just log in, check the listings, and contact rentals directly if you’re interested
BONUS
While you check weekly updates on our website, we’ll create a personalized Rental Cover Letter (RCL) based on your preferences. This letter introduces you to landlords, helps you stand out, and addresses any red flags. You’ll also have the option to send your RCL to hundreds of landlords (paid service).
Step 4. Moving day - Move-In/Out Concierge: ($250 value)
After you choose an apartment and sign the lease, we’ll help with your moving needs at no extra charge. Our Personal Move Concierge ensures a smooth transition by arranging movers, setting up TV, internet, utilities, updating your address with USPS, and more and no extra charges to our clients.
