    • We will create a professional Rental Cover Letter (RCL) within 24-48 hours of registration completion.
    • Distribution of your RCL to a targeted list of property management companies and landlords in the five boroughs of NYC and parts of NJ.
    • 90 days support services
    • 1-on-1 coaching support available by phone, *in person (*by appointment only) or email.
    • Documents overview and assistance in preparing documents for landlords (optional)
  3. Website Access:
    • Free rental updates for 90 days.
    • Contacts to management offering no broker fee affordable and luxury rentals.
    • Rent-stabilized building contacts.
    • Weekly website updates.
    • Customer service online support.
    • Information to boost your credit score.
    • Information on how to get a guarantor.
  4. Move-in Move-out Concierge:
    • Our Move-In Move-Out Concierge service is facilitated by a third-party company affiliated with us. Please note that while our affiliated partner makes arrangements with utility companies, internet providers, and the post office on your behalf, the actual expenses incurred for moving companies, insurance payments, utility payments, and other related services are the responsibility of the client.

      We want to clarify that our third-party affiliate solely assists in coordinating these arrangements without any additional charge to our customers. However, clients are accountable for the timely payment of bills and the costs associated with services provided by moving companies or any other service they choose to engage.

      It is crucial to recognize that the availability of the Move-In Move-Out Concierge service is contingent upon the approval of an apartment. An application link for initiating the concierge service is provided in the members’ area, or you can request an application by emailing us.

  5. Liability General:
    • You authorize www.tenantsspaces.com to distribute your Rental Cover Letter during the 90-day period.
    • We do not play a role in the decision or approval process for apartments.
    • www.tenantsspaces.com is not a broker, owner, management company, or AIV company.
    • We are not liable for any loss, damages, or costs arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services.
  6. Updates:
    • Updates include phone numbers, property management company names, email addresses, and websites (if any).

    • Unlimited free access to updates via the website for the duration of your subscription terms.
  7. Getting Connected:
    • Some property management companies or landlords may contact you with rental offers.
    • You are under no obligation to accept any offers.

  8. Conclusion:
